SHIPPING POLICY
At Serene, we ship throughout Mexico.
All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days after purchase. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow your package.
Delivery times may vary depending on location, averaging 3 to 7 business days.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Made-to-order pieces: items created upon request require an additional production period of 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the piece. Once completed, they are shipped under the same terms as in-stock items.
If your order arrives damaged or with any issue, please contact us at info@serene.mx within 48 hours of delivery.
RETURN & EXCHANGES
We want you to be completely satisfied with your piece.
We accept returns within 15 calendar days of delivery and exchanges within 30 calendar days.
Pieces must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Shipping costs related to returns or exchanges are covered by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Made-to-order and customized pieces are not eligible for returns or refunds, as they are specially crafted for each client. However, if the product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we will gladly review it and offer repair or replacement.
To start a return or exchange, please contact info@serene.mx with your order number and reason for the request.
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods available on the site. All payments are securely processed through Wix’s integrated systems.
Serene is not responsible for delays or cancellations resulting from unauthorized payments.
